Important: FRVA Membership Required

We are a chapter of FRVA.com (Family RV Association). You must be a current member of FRVA to join, renew or continue with this chapter.

Please ensure your FRVA number, email, and phone number are correct. Accurate information allows our volunteers to resolve any registration issues quickly.

Note: FRVA memberships renew on the date you first joined FRVA.

How the Form Works

• Real-time Checking: A red background box indicates missing or incorrect information.
• Validate First: Click the Check Entries button at the bottom. The payment options will only open once the form is complete and format looks good.
• Point of No Return: Once you click on a payment option and the payment window opens, you cannot go back to edit the form. To make changes after this point, you must refresh the page and start over.

Payment Options

We've updated our system to be more secure and mobile-friendly. You have two ways to pay:

1. Debit or Credit Card (Black Button)
This is the fastest method. It uses the name and address you already typed into the form so you don't have to enter it twice. If your email or CC is already known to PayPal, you may be asked to login. Normally you can still check out as a guest.

2. PayPal Button
Use this if the name/address on your card is different from your membership info. You can log in to PayPal or select "Pay as Guest."

Tip: If you don't want a PayPal account, look for the "Save info" switch during guest checkout and turn it OFF.

3. Pay By Check
If you must pay by check, drawn on a US bank, please enter the check number in the box and then click the Pay by Check button to send your information to the Chapter Secretary. Write your FRVA number on the check and mail it to the Chapter Treasurer, the treasurer will deposit the check. It is very costly to deposit checks drawn on Canadian banks.

It may take several weeks for checks to clear the system, so please be patient. If at all possible please use the credit card option, it's safe and the likelihood of problems is quite low. Checks add a lot of workload to our volunteers.

Problems / Troubleshooting

If you encounter any "growing pains" with our new system, please don't panic! Since we can't see your screen, please provide as much detail as possible:

• Describe exactly what you clicked and what happened.
• Screenshots are very helpful: Use your "Print Screen" button or "Snipping Tool," then paste the image into an email to us.
